Iokoo is based on generative AI, driven by data from the Nowbrains group’s outsourcing services. Iokoo is both a web application and the ability to call a qualified technician from our customer service department. It’s a fast way to troubleshoot computer problems.

We’ve been working for several years on automation approaches for our outsourcing customers. Our aim is to provide them with faster access and the most relevant quality of response possible. Based on our experience and data, we designed NIA, an initial solution for our SME and ETI customers. Iokoo is the fruit of this work and the arrival of ChatGPT and LLM language models. We developed iokoo with our in-house team, with the needs of micro-structures in mind (VSEs, self-employed workers, associations, etc.).
Iokoo allows all organizations to access an IT support service, with a user-friendly and accessible interface.
